runflow is a landfill gas generation computer model that predicts landfill gas generation and recovery, based on landfill site parameters. It is used for landfill gas flow forecasting for project feasibility analysis, gas collection system design and project performance evaluation and benchmarking.

The runflow model can be used an operational tool. When calibrated against actual field performance, it provides an increasingly accurate model for predicting gas flow, providing design data for expansion or modification of the gas collection system and establishing production benchmarks and targets.
